Brief History About Us
At Ogonnaya Schools, we believe no child should be denied a future simply because of where they were born. Nestled in the heart of Owerre-Nkworji, Imo State, our school was founded in 2024 by the Archdeacon Daniel and Mrs. Juliana Ezirim Foundation as a bold step toward transforming rural education. Every child here learns free of charge, with access to modern facilities, a digital curriculum, warm meals, and the care of a deeply committed teaching team. We’re not just teaching children; we’re nurturing future leaders, one child, one classroom, one dream at a time.
Our mission is to nurture and educate children from impoverished backgrounds, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and character required to excel academically and become responsible, compassionate individuals. We aim to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that integrates Christian faith and values, fostering the holistic development of each child

Ogonnaya Schools provides completely tuition-free, world-class education to children in rural communities. Our pupils benefit from tablet-based learning, intelligent classroom facilities, daily meals, free uniforms, and a focus on academic and moral development.
Enrollment is open to children from underprivileged and underserved families in the Owerre/Nkworji community and surrounding areas. Priority is given to children from families in need.
